Urban Meyer Hospitalized Following the Game on Sunday

According to University of Florida spokesman Steve McClain, Urban Meyer was admitted to Shands Medical Hospital in Gainesville after the team returned from Atlanta, and was treated for dehydration.

He checked himself in, and there was no word of his condition at the time this article was written.

The only other public mention of a Meyer illness was his arachnoid cyst on his brain that was discovered in 1998. Doctors told him then it was not life threatening, but he could suffer head pain if the stress caused the condition to flare up.

The Crimson Tide certainly gave him a lot to be stressed over yesterday as Meyer watched his team totally dominated in a way he hasn't seen since taking over as head coach.
