OK, so the picture is not of AT&T Park on Saturday.  Btu it does get to the core of the issue.

The UFL drew 6,341 fans to 41,503 seat AT&T stadium.

This is officially a crisis.

AT&T Park was the XFL's best stadium. The San Francisco Demons drew an XFL best 35,005 fans per game.

Add on the fact that the 49ers have been in a contentious negotiation with the city for years over a new stadium and this should have been the safe play for the UFL.  This should have been the best site of any of the UFL sites.
