With the 2009 season about to begin I started to disect the Atlantic Coast Conference for the best of the best. The ACC continues to get the stamp of "overrated" by many people, but I truly believe there is a ton of talent in the ACC and I honestly think that from top to bottom the ACC is one of the best overall conferences in the league. I have broke down the top overall 10 players in the ACC, not strictly based on statistics, but leadership as well. Obviously there are many more than 10 great players in the conference, it was very hard for me to pick the bottom 8, the top 2 I have chosen, I believe, are the best of the best, possibly in the country....
