Top 10 College Games From Week Two

Week 2 was a week of drama-filled, high-scoring games. Along with a huge upset that will change the college football path for the 2009 season. I determine the Top 10 games by how close the game was, how exciting it was, and how nationally implicated the game is. At the end of the season I will combine all 12 of the top 1s from each week and make a season Top 12 games.
