The Sarkisian Era Begins Optimistically in Washington

Coach Sarkisian did not make excuses after last night's lost, he refused to take out any "moral victories" after the loss. This winning attitude did not necessarily translate into a win, but Husky fans saw a different team. The Washington Huskies are a bowl team. This did not look like a ninth place Pac-10 team.

This team played aggressive.

This team played with confidence.

This team played liked they were expecting to win.

Jake Locker looked more relaxed and confident in the pocket. For once, the Husky offense did not depend on Locker's legs. The Huskies had success in the running game and the receivers made a couple of great plays.
