The Heisman trophy is the most talked about award in sports. It gets just as much attention as the national championship itself. But, it is my least favorite accolade any player could add to his resume'. Why do I feel this way? The Heisman trophy is supposed to be handed out to the best player in college football. Instead, it usually gets handed out to the most popular player. Nowadays, the qualifications include ridiculous stats, being on a team with national championship potential, and other completely unfair assets. If I could give the Heisman trophy out right now, to the BEST player in the nation, these are the 10 players I liked as sleepers--players who could argue to be the best with plenty of leverage, but never win the argument....
