The Knoxville News Sentinel is reporting that top rated recruit and the Vols supposed first team running back, Bryce Brown is currently under investigation by the NCAA.

At issue is money that was raised for he and other players to attend football camps during his time in High School.

There is no indication that Tennessee's recruitment of Brown is under the microscope, which is why I wanted to write this before one of the many Kiffin and Vols haters on this site got a hold of it and decided to spread rumors and lies.

The Vols and Lane Kiffin have been counting on Brown to contribute greatly this season. He and David Oku were two of the top rated high school running backs in the nation last season.
