Just as every fan claims that his or her team is the best, every conference is anxious to prove that it is best in the land. 

While conference records aren't a true measure of a league's strength, if a conference does exceptionally well in Week 1, you can bet it will be trumpeting its success.

So even though the college football season is more than two months away, it's not too early to predict what each conference's record will be after Week 1.
