Penn State Football: 2010 Recruiting Class No. 3 in the Country

Penn State's football program currently ranks third in the nation for it's 2010 recruiting class, according to Rivals.com .

The only two schools the Nittany Lions trail are Texas and Alabama.

Penn State is eleven spots ahead of any other Big Ten teams, as Michigan is ranked 14th, and currently has 14 4-star commits as well as 6 3-star commits.

The recruiting class is highlighted by two 4-star QBs who are ranked in the top seven in the country.

The 7th overall QB is Pennsylvania’s own Paul Jones. Jones is from McKees Rocks and plans on enrolling at Penn State in the spring to gain an extra semester to work with the team, something many recruits do across the country.
