With the release of the 2010 USA Today Preseason Poll, college football is finally putting the car in drive. In four weeks the stadiums will fill, the fans will cheer, and the players will begin to battle it out on the gridiron.

Although I don't agree with the idea of having a Preseason Poll, it is there, it is relevant, so I cannot choose to just ignore its existence. 

Rating the teams before they've even run out of the tunnel will continue to perplex me, but I must admit that seeing the Poll does get my blood flowing.

College football has one of the most thrilling regular seasons in all of sports, and I love every minute leading up to one of the worst postseasons in all of sports.
