Many have looked into the system that determines, and controls, the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS), national champion. The Bowl Championship Series (BCS) has developed the revenue aspect in regards to FBS, but has it developed the integrity and leveled the playing field?

I do not believe that any system that has been taken to Congress in 1997, 2003, 2005, and twice in 2009, can claim that title.
