It's the most wonderful time of year.

Not necessarily because of all the holidays. But because of all the bowl games we college football fans get to watch. 

Some teams like Oregon are lucky enough to get to play in the BCS National Championship Game, while others will be satisfied to just be invited to a bowl game at all.

Then there are some teams like the Texas Longhorns that aren't even going to receive an invite to any of the bowl games despite their lofty preseason ranking. 

Regardless, the bowl season highlights many matchups that we would not otherwise see.
