As a child, growing up with orange blood flowing through my veins, I was treated to some spectacular football. My dad was a Vols fan so naturally I learned all the basics very early. Things like Crimson is evil, Bulldogs are more bark than bite, and Gators are all talk.

I was fortunate to watch some of the greats play for the Big Orange. Guys like Carl Pickens, Chuck Webb, Charlie Garner, James "Little Man" Stewart, Dale Carter, Cory Fleming, Marcus nash, and Joey Kent just to name a few. That mix of top-notch offensive talent and stellar defensive star power made the Vols a formidable opponent for any team that wanted a challenge.
