The new College Football Playoff system will make it even tougher for small-conference programs to bring in top recruits over automatic-qualifying programs.

Now, just five conferences will gain automatic bids to the big-six bowls, while the remaining leagues will all fight for one bid between them.

Still, several programs have been able to attract highly touted recruits, and it appears as though one team could have the upper hand in the fight for that bid going forward.

We'll take a look at the top 10 recruits who won't be heading to one of the big five conferences.
