Grand Valley State Starts Strong For Division II

The No. 1 team in Division II football started out with a great 37-23 win over the No. 12 team on Saturday. Grand Valley State started this season as the team to beat and had to prove their worth in the first game traveling to West Texas A&M.

Grand Valley State opened the season offensively and drove down the field in impressive fashion. When Senior quarterback Brad Iciek hit sophomore tight end Andrew Lorman with an 18-yard scoring pass over the middle for a touchdown.
