It was a busy weekend in the Dawg Nation. No, you didn't miss the season opener. The Dawgs are still hard at work preparing for the 2009 season. But they did scrimmage again on Saturday night in Athens.

Two former Dawgs, also made their NFL debuts with mixed results. Matthew Stafford took to the field in Detroit, as the Lions hosted the Falcons. Knowshon Moreno also made his debut with the Denver Broncos.
