Turns out the "special project" former SDSU football coach Chuck Long was assigned to involved writing an essay.

Apparently, Long is getting paid to take "Where I Failed As A Head Football Coach 101".

Commissioned to type up a report detailing how State can streamline admissions for student-athletes in order to field better teams in the future, Long made a number of suggestions, including dumbing down requirements for transfers.
