DB Isaiah Lewis’ Commitment To MSU Increases Good 2010 Class

Four-star safety Isaiah Lewis committed to MSU on Thursday, a week after Michigan State was well represented in the latest Rivals.com position rankings with commitments among the best in the nation at several positions.

Lewis is one of the Rivals250 and is already the fourth four-star prospect to commit to MSU. He is rated the 25th best safety in the nation by Rivals.com.

Despite being a bit undersized (5'11" and 190-pounds), Lewis is said to be a great reactor. He's a tough and aggressive safety who has, "Linebacker toughness in a defensive backs frame that loves contact and really unloads on the ball carrier or receiver when given the opportunity," according to Scouts, Inc.
