Football to play in second nationally televised game of season

Colorado State football is starting to remember the standards set on the field in the '90s by Sonny Lubick. Steve Fairchild, once under the tutelage of the once great Lubick, wants a competitive program, one that is constantly improving, and one that is visible in the national spotlight.

Now, because the Rams have started 3-0 for the first time since ’94, they are receiving that much needed, and deserved, national attention. It started with the votes in both national polls starting after the Rocky Mountain Showdown, and this week they have four votes in each.
