Here is my analysis for "College Football Predictions: What to Watch Out For In Week  4."                                            

No.1 Florida takes on Kentucky.  Kentucky is one of those teams that manages to slip the minds of many. Florida should have trouble early – just as they dealt with Troy and Tennessee.  Florida puts away a close one 38-27.

No.2 Texas hosts Texas El Paso.  Texas has a lot to prove with no significant games early in the season, they’ll roll over UTEP 66-21.
