Clemson-Georgia Tech: Thursday Night Delight Serves up a Thriller

If you read the VFA's Twittering during the Clemson-Georgia Tech game, you'll find out that we didn't exactly expect it to end up as the nail-biting thriller that it was.

After two brilliant special teams plays, including a touchdown pass from kicker Scott Blair, a monster run to the house from Louisville transfer Anthony Allen, and a field goal, Georgia Tech was up 24-0 and laughing.

Seriously, Clemson was pulling off the biggest choke job since the Bobby Knight affair at Indiana University.

Then, the Tigers woke up.

Suddenly, it was the Yellow Jackets' secondary that was looking exposed and CJ Spiller cut the deficit to 24-7.

Then, it was all purple and orange.
