Boise Statement in Boise City

Last night the No. 14 Boise State Broncos served notice.

Their 19-8 throttling of the No. 16 Oregon Ducks, in front of a raucous crowd in Boise, let the rest of college football know that Boise State will once again be in the BCS hunt.

The only thing that didn't go Boise's way was Kyle Brotzman's kicking. He missed two field goals in the victory.

The Broncos were just the better team on Thursday night. The Bronco's quarterback, Kellen Moore threw for 197 yards and a touchdown against an Oregon team that was looking for a return to national prominence.

LeGarrette Blount was stopped for negative-five yards rushing on eight carries, a big part of the reason for the Boise win.
