First, I'd like to say that I believe Bo Pelini is a great coach and definitely the right man for the job at Nebraska.

Some fans feel that his hot temper is not well suited for the Nebraska environment.  These are the same fans who became so accustomed to a stoic Tom Osborne, who showed little or no expression during games. 

To these fans I say that every coach has his own style, his own way of getting through to the players. Bo's style is to show emotion and passion for the game.

These qualities in particular are what defensive football is all about and that's what makes Bo's defenses so great. I, for one, welcome the change to a coach who shows emotion and passion.
