With the Big Ten's first kickoff a mere two weeks away, it's time to unveil the B/R Big Ten Community Roundtable's preseason edition of the Big Ten Power Rankings.

What is the B/R Big Ten Community Roundtable? A group of 12 college football and Big Ten community members who, in addition to voting on weekly power rankings, will have bi-weekly discussions about everything Big Ten.
