The Big 12 Conference replaced just one head coach for the 2014 college football season, as Louisville's Charlie Strong took over for longtime Texas Longhorns head coach Mack Brown.

Strong has brought together a solid staff to surround him as he aims to bring UT back to the pinnacle of the conference.
