Arkansas Experiences Alabama’s Version Of Shock and Awe

What was supposed to be a classic match between the nation's top quarterback and the nation's No.2 defense turned into "Shock and Awe" for the Arkansas Razorbacks.

One of the nation's top offense's was held to just 63 yards rushing and 191 yards passing as the Razorbacks to just 7 points for the day. That is about half of their normal output.

On the other side of the football Greg McElroy had a career day completing 17 of 24 for 291 yards. The Crimson Tide almost double the output of the highly regarded Arkansas offense and McElroy was a perfect 9 for 9 for 188 yards and two touchdowns in the second half as Alabama pulled away from the stunned Razorbacks and never looked back.
