While Week 3 of the college football season doesn't have the top 10 matchup we saw last week, it does have a pair of games pitting ranked teams against each other. Conference USA can also make a statement this weekend, attempting to build on Houston's win last week at Oklahoma State, with three games against ranked opponents. East Carolina is coming off a disappointing outing at West Virginia and a 35-20 defeat. This week, the Pirates travel in-state to take on No. 24 North Carolina. The last time the two teams met, it was a 34-31 ECU home victory in 2007.
