Virginia Tech has a solid non-conference schedule that features home games with Alabama and Nebraska at home, and a game at East Carolina, who defeated Tech last year. Tech will beat all three! The Hokies feature an excellent defense, an overpowering offensive line and a strong running game led by Darren Evans. Tyrod Taylor is now a junior so expect big things from the Hokies in 2009. Their only roadblock is game seven at Georgia Tech, and if the Hokies win that game they will get the national title buzz going. They are a lock for another BCS game. ...
