It’s inevitable . . . Though we know it will happen at some point, more than likely at a critical juncture in a must win-situation, we hope against all hope that it won’t. A pass will be hurled magnificently into the air, hope will reign supreme as the ball takes flight, and, then, tragically, it will not reach its intended receiver, but, instead it will be unmercifully picked-off, plucked out of mid-air, intercepted.
