In Rivals Preseason ranking of the top 120 teams in the country, they have picked the South Florida Bulls as No.25. Jim Leavitt enters his 13th season as the head coach of the Bulls. USF had a disappointing season last year, going 8-5 (2-5 in Big East play). The Bulls return only three starters on offense and six on defense.
