It's not the winning of a national championship, but it sure feels that way long after the lights go out at the XL center and the fans go home after witnessing history. But I don't expect anyone to stop the celebrations just yet because for fans of the lady Huskies, this is truly history in the making. Breaking a record that many said could never be beaten, especially by a bunch of women, has just proved that women can do it just as well and even better than any men's team in collegiate basketball and so party out on the town Connecticut.
