Whether it's a star player or a key role player, injuries change a team's dynamic and their rotation. How well a team adapts often will determine the level of success that a team achieves. Injuries can change the course of history and influence outcomes that might not have happened otherwise, one way or the other. In some cases a team overcomes when someone steps up into a bigger role and thrives, while other teams never achieve what they could have.
