The Kansas Jayhawks (23-6, 12-4) survived an upset bid from the Texas Longhorns (17-12, 6-10) at Allen Fieldhouse, as they won the crucial Big 12 showdown by five points. 

Up by two with 12 seconds to go, the Jayhawks made a questionable stop on defense. Texas' Isaiah Taylor appeared to be fouled during his drive into the lane, but no whistle was blown. 

After Taylor's miss, Kelly Oubre Jr. converted on two free throws to seal up the win for the first-place Jayhawks at home.

The Jayhawks were 26-for-32 from the free-throw line on a day in which they made a single three-pointer.
