The state rankings will appear every Tuesday throughout basketball season. This is an idea that I'm borrowing from ESPNChicago's Scott Powers. They have a weekly poll for the state of Illinois. My goal is to give you a quick idea of how every Division 1 school in Tennessee is doing.
