SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — As a former three-time NBA all-star, Brandon Roy knows what special basketball talent is supposed to look like. 

The former Portland Trail Blazers star is spending the 2016-17 season as a first-time head coach at Nathan Hale High School in Seattle.
