Question-Marks Still Present After UConn Wins Season Opener

The Connecticut Huskies (No. 14 ESPN/USA Today) opened up the season at home with a 75-66 win against the William & Mary Tribe yesterday.

One could say the team is off to a solid start, but just looking at the box score doesn't tell the whole story.

Connecticut wasn't really sure what kind of team they wanted to be yesterday. At times they looked great, but at times they looked uninspired and made mistakes that a top 15 team should not make. Their sloppy play kept William & Mary within a fighting chance throughout the game when it should have been a blowout.

The Huskies had 10 turnovers, shot 5-16 from 3-point range and 57.1% from the free-throw line.
