What was a quite difficult road at the end of a roller coaster season just became a lot easier for the Vols.

Georgetown was going to be a formidable second round opponent for Tennessee. Sure, the Vols beat the Hoyas on a neutral court last season, but considering the Vols inconsistency, this year many had Tennessee losing to San Diego State in Thursday night's first round.

A crazy thing happened on the way to that matchup, however. Georgetown forgot to show up against the Ohio Bobcats.

Ohio finished the regular season in ninth place in the MAC. The Bobcats got hot at the right time and took the MAC tournament by defeating the top two teams in the conference in three days.
