Indiana Hoosiers Thanksgiving Edition 2009

Its been a long 365 days for Hoosiers fans.

We have had to suffer through the worst season by far in Indiana basketball history, going 6-25 and 1-17 in the Big Ten.

We had to live with a scrappy but young group of players, mostly freshman.

We had to see Assembly Hall fail to sell out every game for the first time in a long time.

But there were also many positives from this past year.

Indiana fans never gave up on coach Tom Crean and kept supporting the team, averaging more fans than winning programs like Arizona and Penn State.

Crean wrapped up a great recruiting class that has immediately paid dividends, in games and during practice.
