Raise your hand if you looked at the list of recruits coming in as freshman for the 2009-2010 season, and you thought to yourself, "Who is Derek Elston?"

If your hand is raised, you are not alone.

The Tipton, IN native was praised by coach Tom Crean before the season saying he would turn a lot of heads.

And boy was Crean right.

So far, in the first two games of the season, Elston has been a key performer coming off the bench, and has helped the Hoosiers to a 2-0 start.

In the first game, verses Howard University, Elston was 6/7 shooting for 14 points and three rebounds in 14 minutes.
