College Basketball Needs to Just Do Away With Early Season Polls

If you need any proof that early season college basketball polls are useless look no further than this week's Top 25.

Both the Associated Press and ESPN/USA Today Coach's Poll came out early Monday morning and both had results that were equally puzzling and laughable.

The only real question is where to start with the criticism?

First of all Kentucky got a first place vote in the AP poll. Now on the surface as good as the Wildcats look on paper and how much excitement there is about how good their freshman are it doesn't seem like a stretch.
