Injuries are a part of any sport, and they must be overcome.  By now you should have heard about Duke's Kyrie Irving going down against Butler.  Irving is out indefinitely and maybe for the rest of the year.  Irving was projected as the number two pick in the 2011 NBA Draft.  Mike Krzyzewski must now help Duke overcome the injury to their star point guard.
