It’s very amazing what happens when you walk up to the majority of business executives and say “We’ve got an $11 billion offer we want to tell you about.” The executive will most likely stop you before you have a chance to explain since you obviously had them at “$11 billion”.

The NCAA is the executive in this case and CBS is the bidder. Only this time CBS has a partner in crime–Turner Broadcasting aka TNT, TBS.
