As we speed into the 2012 season, there are plenty of things to talk about on the college-football radar. One such item is the sport’s biggest award: the Heisman Trophy.

Last year Robert Griffin III dazzled us with his play en route to a Heisman. For 2012, there are several players around the nation who are looking to take home the hardware. Names like Montee Ball and Tyrann Mathieu have to be high on everyone’s list; after finishing near the top a season ago, they are looking to finish the drill in 2012.
