It may look like a mug shot, but it's not.

It's a Rivals recruit photo of Chase Harper, a four star tight end that many Nebraska fans thought would contribute right away even within one of the deeper positions on the team.

Nebraska recruited Harper thinking that he would be able to become academically eligible over the summer and could contribute right away.  Sadly that isn't the case.

One of the better blocking tight ends in the 2010 recruiting class won't be making his way to Lincoln this fall to play for Nebraska but instead will be returning to Navarro Junior College for at least another season.
