While it’s clear that the Florida State Seminoles have not recently lived up to the hype of their past, fans should expect a lot more from upcoming seasons. Jimbo Fischer, whose coaching style is unknown and whose energy should push the Seminoles to rebound from the loss of legend Bobby Bowden, hopes to lead the team to a winning season that will place them within the top 25 ranked teams.
Fischer, however, is not the only person who will bring attention to this underdog team; with a fantastic incoming class of players, a newly invigorated defensive line, and a strong offense led by Heisman candidate, Christian Ponder, other teams would do well not to underestimate the Seminoles as they ride into the 2010 season.
