Texas Southern edged Southern 62-58 to win the SWAC tourney on Saturday.

However, the play everyone keeps talking about was the hard foul committed by Southern's Trelun Banks.

With the Jaguars leading the game 58-57 with just under 30 seconds to go, Banks upended Tigers junior Malcolm Riley during a layup attempt.

Banks, the son of Southern head coach Roman Banks, was assessed a flagrant-2 foul and ejected from the game.

Riley looked in bad shape after the play.
