The Iowa State Cyclones trailed by 17 points early in the second half, but they staged another incredible comeback and stunned the Kansas Jayhawks 70-66 to win Saturday's Big 12 Championship Game.
Cyclones forward Georges Niang dominated with 19 points, spoiling a highlight-reel night for Jayhawks guard Wayne Selden Jr. who dropped a career-high 25 points on 8-of-12 shooting.
The Cyclones trailed 40-23 after the first possession coming out of halftime. Five minutes later following a furious run, they trailed by just two points, and a 10-0 run put them in the driver's seat with just over five minutes remaining.
