The Kentucky Wildcats reclaimed their place atop the college basketball world with the school's ninth National Championship thanks to fantastic freshmen like Anthony Davis, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Marquis Teague and Kyle Wiltjer. This team proved that freshmen are important, and these 15 recruiting classes will have a huge influence on next season.

This is the first edition of my college basketball recruiting class rankings for this month. Another one will be out at the end of the month, as April is such an important time and we still have yet to see the nation's top two players, Nerlens Noel and Shabazz Muhammad, commit.
