David Molk Out Four—Six Weeks With Broken Foot

Starting Center David Molk broke a bone in his foot during last Saturday's game against Eastern Michigan. Rich Rodriguez said Molk is scheduled for surgery Monday and was expected to be out four—six weeks.

"So that's a tough blow," Rodriguez said. "Not only does he play center, the leader of the line, but he is one of our best football players—period." Considering the severity of the injury, Molk played very well. "He actually played very, very well and played well in the second half," Rodriguez said. "That tells you how tough a guy he is."

Right guard David Moosman—who is also returning from injury—will start for Molk again...
