It used to be that Oregon football fans had just one wish leading up to the holidays. Going to any bowl game is a privilege for most college football programs and that included Oregon in the not-too-distant past.

All Oregon fans wanted was to go somewhere for the holidays. It didn't really matter where, just as long as they got to see their Ducks play one more time.

Over the past two decades, the Ducks have made bowl games with annual regularity, including playing a January game to cap each of the past four seasons.
